Fourteen days, no argument. If you are not happy with your report, write to us within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify it, and you can keep the reading.
We would rather refund you than have an unhappy reader, and we would much rather refund you than have you raise a chargeback.
These are on us, and there is no time limit on them:
Reply to the receipt email you received at the time of purchase, or write to support@yourdomain with the email address you bought with. That is all we need to find the order — we have no accounts, so the email address is the only handle there is.
We reply within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved it is issued to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear is up to your bank, usually 5–10 business days.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every purchase — it is the seller on your receipt and your card statement, and it processes the refund. You may contact either of us; the money comes back the same way.
Consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right normally ends once delivery begins with your express consent — which is what you give when you ask for the report to be unlocked straight away.
We do not rely on that. The 14-day promise in section 1 is offered voluntarily and applies whether or not the statutory right has lapsed. Nothing here reduces your rights under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
We think this should be short, so it is:
We do not refuse a refund because you read the whole report, because you disagreed with it, or because you changed your mind for no reason. Those are all fine.
CELESTIA is for entertainment and self-reflection. The astronomy is computed, but the interpretation is not a prediction and is not professional advice — see the Terms. Disagreeing with an interpretation is a perfectly good reason to ask for your money back under section 1.
Please write to us first. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund and takes months to resolve for you. We have never refused a refund request in the window, and we do not intend to start.
